Manrup “Rupy” Khatkar received her B.S. in Speech Language Pathology from University of the Pacific and her M.A. in Speech Language Pathology from California State University, Fresno.
Rupy holds licensure from the Speech Language Pathology and Audiology board of California (SLPAB) as well as national certification and membership with the American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA).
